Since then, there is a relentless quest for improvement of the environmental quality. The complexity of urban relations on space sets environmental basin as a unit of territorial management. The sanitation technical networks are presented as a tool for shared municipal management sanitation as the Sanitation and Solid Waste National Policies proposed.
