Consequences of business growth on software processes

• When growing their businesses, software organizations should not only consider market shares, revenues and productivity but also potential effects on software processes. They should be prepared for the consequences of growth and be ready to take necessary measures. It is only then they may feel confident that their businesses stay in line with the continuously changing business climate. In this paper, we map out one software company's business growth in the course of its historical events and identify its consequences on the company and its software processes.
