• This book presents the ethnographic methodological tradition in comparison with similar qualitative traditions, and explains the main methods used by ethnographers of organisations, namely: observation, interview and text analysis. It shows how decisions concerning the choice of methodology are made and describes the main stages of the methodological process. Further, it offers an introduction to how to analyze ethnographic material and finally, how to write a thesis based on field research.
