- Bidraget innehåller en omfattande presentation av de rättsliga bestämmelserna för gottgörelse för nationalsocialistiska orättvisor – i synnerhet för återlämnande av egendom till judiska offer för Förintelsen – med hjälp av det exempel som utgörs av Förbundsrepubliken Tysklands lagstiftning. Vidare ägnar sig bidraget åt en kontextualisering av gottgörelse- och reparationspolitiken i termer av folkrätt, offentlig rätt och nutidshistoria och utarbetar de kriterier som förklarar i vilken utsträckning denna ersättningsmodell skapar ett prejudikat för en universalisering av gottgörelse för förföljelse och utrotning och var den kommer att, och fortsättningsvis måste, förbli begränsad till det exempellösa fallet rörande Förintelsen av den judiska nationen.

- The main objectives of this chapter is to present the musical education of the students of the Music Teaching Course at UDESC, to contribute to the debate about the education of music teachers and, in consequence, to support the reforms of Music Licentiate Programs. Data collection was made by questionnaires, focus interviews and written documents. The results that were obtained shows that: most of students were men and the average age was 21 years; most of them had studied music before they registered in the Music Teaching Course and the attraction to music was the main reason for choosing their carrier; classical guitar, voice and electric guitar were the main instruments of the students; rock and roll, classical music and Brazilian popular music were their musical preferences. The information that was collected will help to change some of the aspects of the political and pedagogical scheme of the Music Teaching Course.
