- A partir del año 2011, Cuba emprendió la actualización de su modelo económico, lo cual ha estado signado en conformar un nuevo escenario para el desempeño de las entidades económicas. La investigación que se presenta tiene el objetivo de identificar los elementos de la organización que son relevantes en la determinación del desempeño de las entidades cubanas en el escenario económico y social actual. Se han identificado 42 elementos relevantes de la organización, cuyo desarrollo es condición para que las mismas obtengan buenos desempeños en el escenario que se conforma con las transformaciones actuales y futuras del modelo económico. Se requiere que cada entidad, de acuerdo con sus características, emprenda un desarrollo al menos en los 42 elementos relevantes puestos de manifiesto en el presente estudio.

- Case studies and modeling of logistics systems are the basis for the formulation of the content and structure of a reference model for the organization and management of Value Networks as a higher stage of integrated development of supply chains. The definition of a mathematical model for the balance of the Value Network can reveal the characteristics and principles of organization and management of Value Networks.The instrument obtained enables supply chains to assess their level of development and identify the characteristics that should be developed to reach the concept of Value Network, which is based on knowledge development and environmental integration as supports of the same and its competitive position in the global market.Proper integration into the model of environmental factors ensures that Value Networks are inserted into the objectives of promoting sustainable development. The current concept of logistics flow is extended to incorporate within it the exchange of energy, resources and impacts to the environment.The research methods used were based on a combination of study and experimentation of cases and the conceptual and mathematical modeling of systems.

- | The present study is part of a microsociological research conducted between 2016 and 2019 in the context of the emergence of new social movements triggered in post-dictatorship Chile. Specifically, it deals with the emergence of the sociopolitical discourses of people labeled as disabled. The intention is to present the construction of the political discourses of dissident disability activists living in Chile. For this purpose, we value these discourses as counter-hegemonic or from the margins; that is, they do not follow the approaches of dominant medical and citizen interpretations. We used a qualitative and feminist methodological approach on the bodily itineraries of eleven activists. This allowed us to further explore the group's life trajectories, social discourses, and political praxis. The political discourses of dissident disability activists living in Chile are part of the claims of non-standard corporealities to access the public and cultural scene. It is imperative to generate counter-hegemonic discourses incor-porating diverse knowledge in order to advocate for the rights of people who relate to difference and to make visible the structural inequalities that affect subaltern collec-tives. The article incorporates a situated, feminist, and Latin American perspective to address a phenomenon of growing interest in the social sciences, and presents reflec-tions that contribute to both academia and activism.

- Objective. To develop a neuropsychological test battery in Spanish for the cognitive evaluation of HIV-1 infected patients. Development. Departing from the suggestions presented by the work group of the National Institute of Mental Health (USA), a neuropsychological assessment battery was developed. It was named HUMANS (HIV/University of Miami Annotated Neuropsychological test battery in Spanish). This battery includes the following domains: 1) attention and speed of processing information, 2) memory, 3) executive function, 4) language, 5) visuospacial/visuoconstructive abilities, and 6) motor abilities. Administration takes about 3-4 hours. The English parallel version of this battery has been successfully used in English for over a decade with HIV-1 infected patients. In the paper the development and adaptation to Spanish language of the HUMANS neuropsychology section is presented Conclusions. HUMANS neuropsychological test battery fulfill the recommendations presented by the workgroup of the National Institute of Mental Health for evaluating HIV-1 infected patients. Studies regarding validity and reliability are still required.
