- The growing importance of information security in organizations is undisputed. This is particularly true of local governments, because modern administrative action is no longer conceivable today without electronic communication media and IT procedures. The complexity of information technology, the increasing degree of networking (also with citizens) and the dependence of the administration on IT-supported procedures has led to the fact that the security of information technology and associated processes must be given a higher priority and a corresponding cybersecurity strategy must be substantiated. Existing approaches either fall short or cannot be applied to the context of local government without revision and adaptation. In this article, case studies of implementations of IT security projects in local government are examined. Specific focus is on the differences between information security management system (ISMS) implementations of different hierarchical levels of governmental organizations. The results show current challenges in increasing the resilience of the local government.

- At a time when information technology is growing faster than ever before, information security management system (ISMS) assessment has become one of the most important aspects of most public sector organisations. The dependency on technology for almost every single process in an organisation has put ISMS at the top of the corporate agenda of public sector organisations. For public organisations in particular, the NIS 2 Directive describes abstract requirements for the development of an ISMS. On the other hand, only a few public administrations operate an ISMS. In this context, this paper analyses the requirements of the NIS-2 Directive and complements them with the obstacles and reasons for success in the introduction of ISMS in small public sector organisations (SPSO). At the same time, minimum requirements should be defined that help municipal administration set up an information security management system quickly and easily. This paper summarizes the different requirements and generates a foundation for a rough procedural model, for implementing the upcoming requirements of the NIS 2 Directive quickly and easily in local governments.

Digital twins driven supply chain visibility within logistics: A new paradigm for future logistics

- The supply chains shaping their distribution networks become more diverse as companies respond to global markets’ stringent criteria. This is also counterproductive to the visibility of the supply chain within the company and can adversely affect the organization’s core business. This paper attempts to evaluate how organizations can benefit from introducing Digital Twins to enhance their logistics supply network visibility. Additionally, deployment issues and technologies supporting Digital Twins were reviewed. This study used ATLAS.ti 9 software tools to save, classify, and evaluate the data for this analysis to systematically review the literature. We reviewed, compiled, and sorted papers from 227 publications for this article and then recognized 104 as critical to the work scope; this analysis’ quest date was set from 2002 to 2021. This article represents the first attempt at dealing with the issue of supply chain visibility through the Digital Twins in the logistics field. The research outcomes found that Digital Twins would help companies develop predictive metrics, diagnostics, projections, and physical asset descriptions for their logistics. This study also suggested some steps to overcome the challenges in implementing a Digital Twins in the logistics industry. For researchers, this review offers the possibility to unify and expand existing solutions and to identify links and interfaces that are still needed. As for managerial implications, this study can be used to identify future strategies and technologies to fulfil certain logistics tasks and develop new technological solutions for current and future demands.

- The supply chains that make up the distribution networks are becoming more diverse as companies respond to global markets' rigorous demands. Today, the immediate need for sustainable growth is to design, manufacture, and deliver the right product to experience drastic improvements in the right place, at the right price, and at the right time. As a massively distributed, integrated logistics infrastructure, a new "Physical Internet"(PI) model has been implemented to make the existing logistics structures more scalable and sustainable. This article discusses resource control in the PI's modern supply chain and logistics systems while addressing the potential disruptions between the hubs during the transfer of goods. This article attempts to establish how companies will benefit from introducing the PI to optimise their strategic supply chain. This article used ATLAS.ti 9 automated tool to save, classify, and evaluate the data for this analysis to review the literature systematically. For PI, an increasing number of plans, blueprints, and requirements have been established. Still, minimal models are currently developed, explaining how the transformation from the strengthened logistics business models to the PI could occur. There is a lack of awareness of the necessary market structures that can include crucial players and allow the PI model to be embraced. Therefore, this research brings a new viewpoint on logistic operations through the PI idea, guarantees the present situation's view, and presents a solution to the society-business-technology framework.

- The astorb database at Lowell Observatory is an actively curated catalog of all known asteroids in the Solar System. astorb has heritage dating back to the 1970s and has been publicly accessible since the 1990s. Work began in 2015 to modernize the underlying database infrastructure, operational software, and associated web applications. That effort involved the expansion of astorb to incorporate new data such as physical properties (e.g. albedo, colors, spectral types) from a variety of sources. The data in astorb are used to support a number of research tools hosted at https://asteroid.lowell.edu. Here we present a full description of the software tools, computational foundation, and data products upon which the astorb ecosystem has been built.

Then a new model is developed, getting together Information Logistics, Organisational Memory Systems, Information Fusion, and how ontologies support it. The final goal is to find a possibility for designing a flexible Workflow Management System, based on the new model.

- In the English clinical and biomedical text domains, negation and certainty usage are two well-studied phenomena. However, few studies have made an in-depth characterization of uncertainties expressed in a clinical setting, and compared this between different annotation efforts. This preliminary, qualitative study attempts to 1) create a clinical uncertainty and negation taxonomy, 2) develop a translation map to convert annotation labels from an English schema into a Swedish schema, and 3) characterize and compare two data sets using this taxonomy. We define a clinical uncertainty and negation taxonomy and a translation map for converting annotation labels between two schemas and report observed similarities and differences between the two data sets.
