    • A printed circuit board transformer comprises at least one primary winding and one secondary winding, each in the form of at least one layer of turns inside or at the surface of a printed circuit board. The transformer is designed for a step-up/down-operation. Each of the two layers (10, 11) has an elongated winding element (12, 13, 13′) substantially following an elongated winding element of the other layer while being in an overlapping relationship therewith as seen perpendicularly to said printed circuit board over substantially the entire extension of said winding elements. A second (11) of the layers belonging to the secondary winding has a fewer number of turns than the first (10) of said layers belonging to said primary winding.

    • This patent application describes a method to produce wood chips with the intention of reducing the energy consumption in the subsequent process steps for pulp production. With the present method wood chipping is done in a wood chipper where the chipping tool (3) has an angle γ (4) within the interval of 75° to 105° between the fibre direction of the log and the side of the tool which faces the chip (2). Angles in this interval will cause an axially directed compression of the chip which will cause a cracking of the wood during chipping.

    • For an encoded video stream (200) a tune-in stream (202) is provided. The encoded video stream comprises a plurality of intra-coded pictures and a plurality of inter-coded pictures, wherein each picture comprises a plurality of macroblocks. The encoded video stream (200) comprises a plurality of frames, and the plurality of macroblocks of an intra-coded picture are spread among a plurality of the frames. The tune-in stream is provided and comprises a plurality of tune-in pictures (20212024), wherein a tune-in picture (2021-2024) is provided for a frame of the encoded video stream (200) that comprises an intra-coded macroblock of an intra-coded picture, wherein the tune-in picture (2021-2024) comprises the remaining intra-coded macroblocks of the intra-coded picture. Also, an encoder for providing such a tune-in stream as well as a method and a decoder for tuning into an encoded video stream are described.

    • The invention is a method for communication between a wireless device node in a wireless sensor network (WSN) and control apparatus or control processes of an industrial control system (ICS). The wireless network includes a plurality of device nodes and at least one gateway (GW). The method comprises receiving at a gateway an aggregated data packet (ADP) for a final address in the ICS. The gateway processes the data packet, detects that it is an aggregated data packet and reconstructs the original data packets contained therein. The gateway then sends each of the original data packets as standard data packets to the intended final address in the ICS. In other aspects of the invention a method, system and a computer program for carrying out the method are described.

    • A system for setting up a wireless connection between two temporarily connected devices (10, 12) comprises a device interconnector (14) having a first end (19) provided with a first wireless communication identifier and a second end (21) provided with a second wireless communication identifier, a first device (10) having a first interconnector mating unit (23), a first wireless communication unit (28) and a first reading unit (26) and a second device (12) having a second interconnector mating unit (31), a second wireless communication unit (34) and a second reading unit (32). The wireless communication units of each device is configured to receive an identifier being read by the corresponding reading unit as the device interconnector is attached to the corresponding mating unit and the wireless communication unit is configured to employ this identifier in setting up, together with the other wireless communication unit, a wireless connection between the two devices.
