Uma luta por mudanças : a escolarização e as regras da política local na Suécia (1840-1900)

• Through an extensive study of 12 parishes in the Sundsvall region, this article, with the bias of the economic and social history studies of education, examines the changes and continuities of school policies during the nineteenth century. Using the Sundsvall region in Sweden’s northeastern as a starting point, this article analyzes how the basic conflicts have transformed, when the social structure and the political franchise have changed in the second half the nineteenth century.

• Por meio de um extenso estudo de 12 paróquias na região de Sundswall, este artigo, com o viés dos estudos de história econômica e social da educação, examina as mudanças e continuidades das políticas escolares durante o século XIX. Usando a região de Sundswall no nordeste da Suécia como ponto de partida, este texto analisa como os conflitos básicos transformaram-se quando a estrutura social e a franquia política mudaram, na segunda metade o século XIX.
