- Det ordnar sig är en introduktion till området organisation och genus. I boken kan du läsa om kunskapsfältet kön/genus generellt och om organisationsteorier med genusperspektiv. Författarna betonar betydelsen av organisationsnivån för förståelsen av hur kön skapas och ordnas i samhället i samspel med andra maktrelationer. Boken har fyra teman: struktur, kultur, ledarskap samt jämställdhet och mångfald. Ett praktikfall exemplifierar resonemangen i de olika kapitlen. Bokens innehåll anknyter till titeln Det ordnar sig på flera olika sätt, genom att beskriva alltifrån hur kön ”ordnas” i organisationer till hur såväl positiva som negativa attityder till organisatorisk förändring kommer till uttryck.Det ordnar sig, som publicerades första gången 2001 och andra gången 2011, har varit en populär lärobok på universitet och i andra utbildningar i arbetslivet. Denna tredje upplaga har uppdaterats i alla delar med ny forskning. Boken riktar sig såväl till studenter som till chefer och andra som arbetar med förändring och utbildning i organisationer. Boken är skriven av fyra forskare inom området genus, organisation och ledning som alla också har erfarenhet av praktiskt förändringsarbete i organisationer.

- This paper presents two separate parts of a project aiming at integrating gender theory in organization and management courses; teambuilding and visual methods. Teambuilding theories lack descriptions and interpretations on gendered processes. Taking this identified problem as a point of departure, we developed an exercise about gender in teambuilding. The aim was to encourage students to develop their ability to understand and analyze group processes as gendered, i.e. with the help from theories on organization and gender. Visual methods informed by gender theory may contribute to a critical view on the visual landscape of our society and its organizations. Furthermore, through visual methods students may become photographic subjects themselves and thus present alternative ways of visual representation.

- Responding to growing international political interest in the potential of carbon capture and storage (CCS) to contribute to climate change mitigation, multiple CCS demonstration projects of various scales are emerging globally. A fully integrated power-plant with CCS has not yet been demonstrated at scale, and acknowledgement of the scale of learning that still must occur for the technology to advance toward deployment has resulted in calls from multiple constituents for more CCS demonstration projects. Among these demonstration projects, expectations for learning and knowledge-sharing structures vary considerably and attention to different approaches to facilitate learning has been minimal. Through a comparison of the structure, framing and socio-political context of three different CCS demonstration projects, this paper explores the complexity of social learning associated with demonstration projects. Variety in expectations of the demonstration projects’ objectives, learning processes, information sharing mechanisms, public engagement initiatives, financing and collaborative partnerships are highlighted. The comparison shows that multiple factors influence the learning in CCS demonstration projects, including the process of building support for the project, the governance context and the framing of the project justification. This comparative analysis highlights the importance of integrating careful consideration of framing and social learning into CCS demonstration project planning.
