- Le Covid-19 nous incite à réfléchir à la manière dont nous évaluons et répondons aux risques en matière de santé au travail. En Suède, tous les risques graves doivent être évités, tandis qu’en Angleterre, ils doivent l’être « autant qu’il est raisonnablement possible ». L’évaluation des risques a une fonction préventive, mais elle constitue également un rempart pour protéger l’employeur contre la mise en cause de sa responsabilité. Nous tiendrons compte dans cette analyse du niveau de protection et des facteurs de risque pertinents, ainsi que du rôle joué par les différents acteurs et organismes publics chargés de faire appliquer la loi.

- The Arctic region is unique as it encompasses rare and sensitive ecosystems. These later are characterized by their vulnerability to climate change and other environmental threats, but also their importance for indigenous communities, for the region itself and for the international community as a whole. Since the nineteenth century, states cooperation was developed in the region to establish what we call nowadays as governance. The Arctic governance is interesting, considering its characteristics but also comparing to other existing model of governance. This study aims at exploring this unique model of governance regarding the conservation and sustainable management of marine living resources on high seas. It also enlightens its success and its limits in order to take the Arctic governance as a model for other marine areas beyond national jurisdiction.

- Some islands are considered as little patches of land scattered all over the globe but they remain significant in the international law of the sea. Four of them – called Scattered Islands – are located in the Mozambique Channel and subject to high political debates. The latter concerns dispute between Madagascar and France concerning sovereignty purposes and the management of these islands. Beyond the political fora, it is interesting to focus on legal status of these islands, in the light of the specific circumstances of decolonization but also the attempt to settle the dispute when Madagascar had become independent. This article aims at presenting an analysis of different legal arguments that could be invoked by the parties and establishing a perspective of the possible outcome of the dispute.
