• This chapter introduces the reader to Scandinavian sport governance and the central issues facing sport governance in a Scandinavian context. It uses football governance in the three countries as a case study to discuss the development of good governance and social responsibility (or corporate social responsibility).(Governance has become a hugely important issue within sport.
