Garantia e hospitalidade cultural no tratamento temático de acervos de animação

• A animação será abordada nesta pesquisa como um documento audiovisual que suporta ainformação por meio da imagem construída e do som. E ao ser entendida como tal, aanimação necessita de técnicas para leitura, análise e síntese da informação contida nessesuporte e que atenda às particularidades existentes nessa tipologia. O fato de a Ciência daInformação não contar com uma normatização nacional ou internacional para a transposiçãoda linguagem audiovisual para um resumo escrito, faz com que diversos pesquisadores sedebrucem em torno dessa problemática e proponham métodos para leitura, análise e sínteseda informação audiovisual. Dentro das possibilidades de transposição existe a segmentaçãode vídeo, que até o momento desconsidera os aspectos semânticos do processo detransposição. Além disso, é importante ressaltar que os aspectos culturais devem serassegurados dentro da proposição e elaboração de novas metodologias, sendo que um doscaminhos para tal é refletir tais práticas dentro da Organização do Conhecimento por meio deum viés ético. É assim que esta pesquisa dialoga com o conceito de Garantia e HospitalidadeCultura cunhado por Beghtol. Pois a autora apresenta que a cultura dentro de uma unidade deinformação pode ser entendida como a forma com que o indivíduo se relaciona com ainformação. Deste modo, faz-se o seguinte questionamento: Como a Garantia e hospitalidadecultural podem ser asseguradas no tratamento temático da animação? O objetivo principaldesta pesquisa é propor uma análise de identificação da Garantia e Hospitalidade Cultural naelaboração de resumo (sinopse) de filme de animação. Para tanto, usou-se o método deanálise de domínio, que para identificar o domínio, a comunidade discursiva e a estrutura dodocumento se dividiu em dois polos para a coleta de dados: o polo teórico e a pesquisa decampo. O polo teórico discute o conceito de documento, analisa os métodos para leitura dedocumentos audiovisuais e traz o conceito de Hospitalidade e Garantia cultural. Já a pesquisade campo se preocupa em estabelecer as características da comunidade discursiva, para issoforam realizadas entrevistas e análise documental. As entrevistas foram feitas com 4 pessoasresponsáveis pelos acervos das instituições analisadas. As instituições são: Museu deanimação Lula Gonzaga, Museu de animação de Belo Horizonte e Produtora Anaya. Ocorpus de análise também abrangeu 10 resumos de filmes de animação da Cinematecabrasileira, bem como os documentos dessa instituição no que se refere ao tratamentotemático. Como discussão retoma-se todos os dados estruturados dentro da análise dedomínio. Como resultado apontam-se que a Garantia e hospitalidade cultural podem seridentificadas dentro de um sistema de Organização do Conhecimento quando alguns pontossão considerados: o primeiro, é preciso identificar o que é cultura para a comunidadeanalisada; o segundo, qual é a dimensão informativa do documento e como ele se estrutura; eterceiro, quais objetivos e ações da instituição analisada dialogam com essas particularidades,por fim, ao sintetizar todas essas informações foi possível entender o que deve ser asseguradodurante o tratamento temático do acervo de animação e assim pensar o processo de leitura,análise e síntese desse documento. Concluiu-se se torna possível pensar, compreender eidentificar a Garantia e hospitalidade cultural dentro do tratamento temático da animação pormeio da análise de domínio. 

• The animation film will be approached in this research as an audiovisual document thatsupports the information through the moving image and sound. The animation film needstechniques for abstracting the information to satisfy the particularities existing in the videoformat. The fact that Information Science does not have a national or international standardfor transposing the audiovisual language into a written summary, makes several researchersaddress this issue and propose methods for indexing and abstracting techniques. It isimportant to highlight the segmentation of video disregards the semantic aspects of thetransposition process. In addition, it is important to emphasize that cultural aspects must beensured within the proposition and development of new methodologies, and one of the waysto do this is to reflect such practices within the Knowledge Organization through an ethicalbias. This research dialogues with the concept of Culture Warrant and Hospitality coined byBeghtol. She understands that the culture within a information unit could be interpreted as theway that the audience relates to the information. Thus, the following question is asked: Howthe Cultural Warrant and Hospitality could be ensured in the abstracting of animation film?The main objective of this research is to propose an identification of Cultural Warrant andHospitality in the abstracting method of an animated film. As a method we used the domainanalysis. The data collected was divided in two stages: the theoretical and the field research,and they are important to help identify the domain, the discursive community, and the videostructure. The theoretical stage, I have discussed the concept of document, I have alsoanalyzed the methods for abstracting audiovisual, and lastly, I brought the concept of CulturalWarrant and Hospitality. The field research is describing the characteristics of the discursivecommunity, this stage was carried out through interviews and documentary analysis. Theinterviews were conducted with 4 professionals responsible for the collections of the followinstitutions: Lula Gonzaga Animation Museum, Belo Horizonte Animation Museum, andProducer Anaya. The corpus of analysis also included 10 abstracts of animated films from theBrazilian Cinematheque. As a result, it is pointed out that the Cultural Warrant andHospitality can be identified within a Knowledge Organization system when some points areconsidered: the first, it is necessary to identify what culture is inside the analyzed community;the second, the informational possibilities and structure of the video format chosen; and third,considering the goals and actions of these institutions and their particularities. Finally, basedon all this information, I believe it is possible to understand the elements that must be ensuredduring the abstraction method of the animation film, and then it could be possible to suggest aguide for video abstracting. I have concluded that it is possible to consider the CulturalWarrant and Hospitality within the indexing and abstracting of animation film throughdomain analysis as a method.
