Is information and communication technlogy and opportunity for parents of children with disabilities?

• This article stresses parents expectations, expereinces and influence on ICT for their children. Focus is on parents experiences during seven month's computer use. The parents have a hope that their children will be able to participate actively in society and have the same opportunities as other children.
