• This book provides a study of the dynamic behaviour of a monetary economy when there are rigid factors of production in the short run and systematic uncertainty in the future demand. Variations in effective demand will cause variations in the distribution of factor income thereby increasing the financial risk on production captial thus inducing a higher rate of financial capital to total capital and thereby lowering the investment rate and causing increase in permanent unemployment.
