- As the demand for logistics industry becomes more and more strict, various TPL companies have made corresponding changes to their own infrastructure, management style and future plans. For the warehousing center, the change is inevitable. The unchanging management mode and the stagnant management thought cannot meet the requirements of modern logistics. In the distribution industry, the optimization of the position of the goods gives us a chance to change, which can make us improve the deficiencies and bring benefits to the company while seeking new development direction. This paper is to question the existence of the warehousing center of Huangpi District, and optimize it. Showing the basic situation, and then to the shortage of the goods warehousing center put forward. Suggestions for improvement, the optimization of goods make corresponding adjustment, to make optimization to achieve the desired effect, finally make a summary of warehousing center position optimization.
