Un contramovimiento del precariado [A countermovement of the precariat] : Migración,trabajo y el enigma de los derechos humanos [migration, labour, and the enigma of human rights]

• This chapter discusses trends in global migration on the background of processesof commodification and recommodification and the rise of a neoliberal «regulatory state».It explores perspectives for a contemporary countermovement of, for, or with a global «mi-grant precariat». Through a review of current research advances relating to the ideopoliticalprocesses leading up to the confirmation of the Global Compact for Migration, and thesubsequent International Migration Review Forum, the authors ask what space there is forcivil society in the global governance on migration? Therefore it explored potentials andpitfalls of the memento of «human rights» related to the claims of civil society.

• Se analizan tendencias de la migración global en contextos de procesos de mercan-tilización y de auge de un «Estado regulador» neoliberal. Asimismo, se analizan perspectivasreferentes a un contramovimiento contemporáneo de, para o con una «precariedad migrante»mundial. Con fundamento en una evaluación de los avances actuales de la investigación acer-ca de los procesos ideopolíticos que condujeron a la confirmación del Pacto Mundial para unaMigración Segura, Ordenada y Regular (gcm), y al posterior Foro Internacional de Revisiónde la Migración (imrf, por sus siglas en inglés), los autores formulan una pregunta central:¿dentro de la gobernanza mundial de la migración qué lugar ocupa la sociedad civil? En esesentido, se exploran las posibilidades y los tropiezos de la compilación de los «derechos huma-nos» con relación a las demandas de la sociedad civil.
