Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
- The whole-genome sequence of ITALIC! Pseudomonas balearicaSP1402 (DSM 6083(T)) has been completed and annotated. It was isolated as a naphthalene degrader from water of a lagooning wastewater treatment plant. ITALIC! P.balearicastrains tolerate up to 8.5% NaCl and are considered true marine denitrifiers.

Genome Sequence of a Bovine Rhinitis B Virus Identified in Cattle in Sweden
- 2017
-
Ingår i: Genome Announcements. - 2169-8287. ; 5
-
Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
- A bovine rhinitis B virus, identified in a calf from Sweden, was genetically characterized. The complete polyprotein was recovered, and phylogenetic analysis showed that this virus has the highest similarity to a bovine rhinitis B virus previously identified in Mexico.

Genome Sequence of the Asiatic Species Borrelia persica
- 2014
-
Ingår i: Genome Announcements. - 2169-8287. ; 2:1
-
Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
- We report the complete genome sequence of Borrelia persica, the causative agent of tick-borne relapsing fever borreliosis on the Asian continent. Its genome of 1,784,979 bp contains 1,850 open reading frames, three ribosomal RNAs, and 32 tRNAs. One clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR) was detected.

Genome sequence of the relapsing fever borreliosis species Borrelia hispanica
- 2014
-
Ingår i: Genome Announcements. - : American Society for Microbiology. - 2169-8287. ; 2:1
-
Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
- Borrelia hispanica is the etiological pathogen of tick-borne relapsing fever, transmitted to humans by infected Ornithodoros erraticus ticks. Here we present the 1,783,846-bp draft genome sequence, with an average G+C content of 28%. It has 2,140 open reading frames, 3 ribosomal RNAs, and 32 transfer RNAs.

Genome Sequence of the Thermophilic Biomass-Degrading Fungus Malbranchea cinnamomea FCH 10.5
- 2017
-
Ingår i: Genome Announcements. - 2169-8287. ; 5:33
-
Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
- We report here the annotated draft genome sequence of the thermophilic biomass-degrading fungus Malbranchea cinnamomea strain FCH 10.5, isolated from compost at a waste treatment plant in Vietnam. The genome sequence contains 24.96 Mb with an overall GC content of 49.79% and comprises 9,437 protein-coding genes.
