- The development of nautical education is not only related to the cultivation of talents, but also to the future of the country, so it is important to conduct research on the evaluation of the quality of nautical education. In order to improve the applicability of the evaluation results, this paper investigates the views of the students and teachers of Wuhan University of Technology’s nautical courses on the factors affecting the quality of nautical education by means of questionnaires. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the entropy weighting method was used to rank the satisfaction of each factor reflecting the quality of education, and the correlation between the ranking of students and teachers was tested, and the results showed a high linear correlation, which indicates that the satisfaction level of the two categories of people with the factors reflecting the quality of nautical education is generally the same, and both categories of people think that the completeness of current teaching facilities and the adequacy of practical training are significantly insufficient, which is the current stage This is a problem that needs to be improved. The results of this study have important implications for improving the quality of maritime education.

- The ever-increasing need for intelligent systems technology capable of enhancing human-machine interaction in different areas of life has become a very important topic. However, since speech is the main used method of communication, deep Learning-based speech recognition systems still have poor performance when trained on small datasets. To solve this problem, an automated speech recognition system based on a convolutional neural network and MFCC algorithm, is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the data augmentation technique is applied to the dataset in order to double it. Then, MFCCs are extracted from all the audio files. After that, CNN model is trained on the MFCCs with the help of early stopping and dropout techniques to prevent the overfitting problem. Finally, the best model with the highest performance is selected. Simulation results on Kaggle TensorFlow Speech Recognition Challenge dataset, which contains 20 basic command words, showed that the selected model achieved 88.35% accuracy.

The genus Catathelasma (Catathelasmataceae, Basidiomycota) in China

- Two new species, Catathelasma laorentou and C. subalpinum, are described on the basis of morphological characters, phylogenetic evidence, host preferences and geographic distributions. A taxonomic key to the known species in China is also provided to facilitate identification. Based on samples from temperate Asia, Europe and North America, the phylogeny of Catathelasma was reconstructed using the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, the large subunit (LSU) of the ribosomal DNA and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1). The phylogenetic results showed that Catathelasma contains two monophyletic clades: the /subalpinum clade and the /imperiale clade. The Asian species C. laorentou and C. subalpinum are closely related to the North American C. sp. (labelled as C. ventricosum in GenBank) in the /subalpinum clade, whereas C. imperiale and C. singeri are closely related in the /imperiale clade.

- Under the tide of world multi polarization and economic globalization, the internationalization of higher education has become the general trend. Implementing the ‘going out’ strategy and cultivating international logistics talents are the internal needs of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and universities to adapt to the development trend of higher education, and also the internal needs of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and universities to improve the level of running a school. At present, in terms of international logistics talent training, there are some problems in the undergraduate of application-oriented universities, such as the lack of international logistics talent training platform and funds, the lack of international teaching staff, and the imperfect teaching system of international logistics talent training. In view of these problems, this topic introduces the guiding ideology of the ‘the Belt and Road’ and builds an application-oriented undergraduate university, which can explore the cultivation of international logistics talents from the aspects of the construction of an international logistics talent training platform, giving full play to its own characteristics and advantages, improving the curriculum, teaching and evaluation system, and promoting the internationalization of professional construction, so as to continuously improve the cultivation level of international logistics talents.

- International Food Supply Chain Achievement is depended on its object, which is different from the general supply chain. A high efficient International Food Supply Chain would bring great benefits of its members such as integrated resources, reduced logistics costs, improved operation efficiency and high quality of services or products. The paper establishes an International Food Supply Chain performance assessment model. According to prior to separate analysis of the four recombinant factors and once in developing future supply chain performance plans, decision makers can focus on to consider promotion of supply chain development level and client performance level. Then on the basis of this system, the paper gives the indexes of supply chain performance in each year. Finally, according to the development situation of Year 2010-2015, the paper also provided some suggestions on the international food supply chain.
