Common knowledge formation is important in a learning evaluation and analysis seminars are presented as a way of achieving this. The book?s target groups include university students in the fields of sociology, education, business economics and management and human resources management. The book could also be used in university courses and in-service training for managers, developers, consultants, project managers and evaluators.
