This study was performed with a qualitative descriptive approach which employed six focus group interviews followed by a thematic analysis. The results revealed four themes; Self-awareness and insights; Behavior and actions in daily practice; Organizational cultures and subcultures; and Organizational practices, using Ken Wilbers' integral theory of four quadrants of realities as a holistic frame in the discussion.
