  • Perspective Text Analysis: Tutorial to Vertex
  • 2011
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • The present work is based on the Kantian (AaO)-axiom and conceptualised as a textbook. As scientific method in the true sense of the notion science, the Vertex version of Perspective Text Analysis (PTA) represents a completely new approach to text-based studies. The inter-lingual character of Vertex has been tested and established in the context of six different languages, four belonging to the German family and two to the Roman family. The actual presentation concerns the English version. Vertex comprises a strict measurement of the textual angles, which are used for a non-linear description of the verbal flow, whose evolutionary dynamics shapes a language space. The core of Vertex is introduced by means of instructions to a stepwise procedure with the aim to guide the user in text processing, string calculation, and geometric representation of the dimensions of intention and orientation. The evolved textual shapes and their transformation into energy landscapes are discussed in relation to their dynamics and terminological validity in communicating conceptual information of societal significance.

  • Perspektivisk Textanalys (PTA): Manual till Vertex med danskt material
  • 2013
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • The present work is based on the Kantian (AaO)-axiom and conceptualised as textbook. As scientific method in the true sense of the notion science, the Vertex version of Perspective Text Analysis represents a completely new approach to text-based studies. The core of Vertex is introduced by means of instructions to a stepwise procedure. The steps are richly illustrated. The inter-lingual character of Vertex has been tested and established in the context of six different languages, four belonging to the German family and two to the Roman family. The instructions are in Swedish, but text data are Danish and because of this an introductory part in Danish has been provided. To profit as much as possible from the configuration of exercises, the approach to the text example is designed for step-by-step processing. Against this background, it is possible to bring out a number of principles for process-oriented procedures. Of particular significance is the endeavor to build up an understanding of the import of objective text processing. This means that the single steps should be carried out in a way that circumvents that one’s own imaginations and prejudices about the content of a text enter into the analysis.

  • Consciousness in historical time: Tacitus on the Suiones
  • 2012
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • Since knowability must emanate from the single individual, singularity constitutes the frame of reference, and the embodiment of knowing is expected to emerge through individual text production. Furthermore, the basis of the presented studies will consist of text materials with unknown frame factors. This is especially underlined by the fact that history at the Times of Tacitus was an art, not a science. It follows that only the individual text producer, namely Tacitus himself, can provide the unique physical space-time context. Only he has the capability to produce a discourse on the given subject. This capacity is contributing to the fact that the present approach is binding intentional dynamics to the production of textual movement patterns. Finally, structure cannot be imposed a priory, but can only be discovered. Thus, the question to be answered need to address the kind of structure that is establishing itself during production. The Latin text of Tacitus on the Suiones makes up the precondition for the establishment of Potential Energy Surfaces (PES) as well as Free Energy Surfaces (FES). In two separate although connected studies, strings of graphemes provide the foundation for the unfolding as well as folding of their textual resonance spaces. Thereby, produced and shaped consciousness can be established and described structurally with two global state attractors, carrying the inclusive names of Safeguard for Intention and Mastery for the Orientation. Hence, the basic focus will be on textual pattern dynamics as outcome of a subtle interplay between intentionality and orientation, for which the AaO axiom provides the proper foundation.

  • Functional text geometry: The essentials of Perspective Text Analysis
  • 2011
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • The production of string rotation and pattern dynamics through the generation of text must build on the presence of a reversible rotary motor which has a synthesizing capacity. This is the discovered AaO-mechanism, which has the power to capture synthesis through emerging AaO-rings. Further, the transcription through the Functional Clause (FC) provides the foundation for their differentiation and decides on the trend in the governing messengers. A precisely definable number of messengers is steering and controlling the algorithmic working of this mechanism. In focusing on angular articulation, it will be demonstrated that different magnitudes (measured in radians) constitute the expression of an articulation in FC. It is shown that the function of radians allow the demonstration of value integration. Moreover, directional rotation in the messengers is essential. Furthermore, through proper localisation of the corresponding function-value integrations, it will be demonstrated that changing AaO-states are producing covalent bindings, which restrict the number of possible angular positions to very few. Since the direction of binding varies systematically, it reflects structural change.

  • Produced Consciousness: Shapes of the Machiavellian Snake
  • 2012
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • Consciousness, in the beginning of its scientific use, was considered to be material, i.e., to represent an attribute of substance or matter. During later periods, it was associated with learning processes. Based on questionnaires and interviews, a number of different definitions have made its learned content dependent on statistical measures of what people consciously know. However, statically and without a proper time-scale, it is impossible to identify causal links to the biological mechanisms, responsible for consciousness. Despite the fact that no satisfactory explanation exists at the morphogenetic level, speculations continue about what consciousness actually is about. As a first measure, it has been important to establish the quality (q) function of consciousness. Empirically, it is demonstrated that the (q) function, together with the developed Agent-action-Objective (AaO) formalism has the capacity to connect spinning strings to flowing consciousness. It will also be demonstrated that a biologically important link exists between changes in the flow and the production of various shapes of consciousness. By referring to the balanced states of Orientation that involve (1) Heretic for the original Italian text and (2) Proof for its English translation, the latter signals an important deviation due to the ethical conduct of the translator. Moreover, the Intention in the original is emerging as (1) Warning meanwhile the English translation is resulting in (2) Confession, which again is markedly different from the original Italian import. A full description will be based on the established functional text geometry. This includes both potential and free energy surfaces. The calculation of their dynamic (flow) and thermodynamic (fusion) properties are derived directly from real time imaging procedures.

  • The fundamentals of Perspective Text Analysis
  • 2013
  • Rapport (övrigt vetenskapligt/konstnärligt)abstract
    • The major assumption made is that language as a natural system is both self-organising and self-referential. Compared to common syntactic-semantic approaches, the present approach is ecological and builds on the unambiguous identification of textual agents and agencies together with their objectives. Because information transaction cannot be studied without an emphasis on the text producer’s text building behaviour, his intended and oriented schematising as unitizing activity has been focused upon. The main principles making up the foundation of Perspective Text Analysis are presented in the form of 15 propositional statements. These are discussed with a stress on the involved dynamic formalism that creates co-operation and interaction between various (AaO) unities. This implies a stress on analysis and synthesis of the morphogenesis of conceptualizing processes. It follows that PTA traces the transformations involved in the aggregation of joint textual elements into systems. These may be characterized by particular geometric profiles specifying the boundary conditions of the language space in which the textual flow patterns occur, containing the perspective and objective invariants of a particular configuration.
