  • Comparison and Evaluation of Modular Integrated Electric Drives for Automotive Traction Applications
  • Ingår i: IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification. - 2332-7782.
  • Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
    • In order to increase the competitiveness of the integrated motor drives (IMDs), alternative topologies have been developed for electric and hybrid electric vehicles. Within this framework, the integrated modular motor drive (IMMD) concept has been proposed, aiming to make the system more compact and fault-tolerant. Potential converter topologies for an IMMD are reviewed in this paper, with particular focus on the stacked polyphase bridges converter, the parallel-connected polyphase bridges converter and the modular high frequency converter. The machine topologies that are the best candidates to be used in such drive systems are also presented. Based on the FreedomCar 2020 specifications, a comparative evaluation of the studied topologies is presented and discussed in terms of machine design, power losses, energy storage requirements, and cell redundancy. The conventional two-level three-phase drive system is utilized as the reference. Finally, predicted costs of the studied drive systems are compared for both fault-tolerant designs and non-fault tolerant designs.

  • Investigating Test Teams' Defect Detection in Function Test
  • 2007
  • Ingår i: ESEM07 - First International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering and Measurement, September, 20-21, 2007, Madrid, Spain. - 1938-6451. - 9780769528861 ; , s. 458-460
  • Konferensbidrag (refereegranskat)abstract
    • In a case study, the defect detection for functional test teams is investigated. In the study it is shown that the test teams not only discover defects in the features under test that they are responsible for, but also defects in interacting components, belonging to other test teams’ features. The paper presents the metrics collected and the results as such from the study, which gives insights into a complex development environment and highlights the need for coordination between test teams in function test.

  • European earthstars in Geastraceae (Geastrales, Phallomycetidae) – a systematic approach using morphology and molecular sequence data
  • 2013
  • Ingår i: Systematics and Biodiversity. - : Informa UK Limited. - 1477-2000 .- 1478-0933. ; 11:4, s. 437-465
  • Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
    • Phylogenetic relationships among European earthstars were inferred using sequence data from the nuclear ribosomal DNA internal transcribed region (ITS1, 5.8S and ITS2), partial nuclear large subunit (LSU), and partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha (Tef-α). The phylogenetic analyses recovered 11 clades that correlate to 31 morphological species and species groups. A close relationship of Myriostoma coliforme and Geastrum was supported by the molecular data. The genus Radiigera was found to be polyphyletic, and the four species were recovered in different clades within Geastrum. Radiigera bushnellii, R. flexuosa, R. fuscogleba and R. taylori are therefore combined in Geastrum. One of the supported terminal clades is likely to represent an undescribed species that occurs in east central Europe. Notes on the morphology and ecology for each species are given, including a key to the 31 species of earthstars occurring in Europe.
