- The links between asthma and rhinitis are well characterized. The Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma (ARIA) guidelines stress the importance of these links and provide guidance for their prevention and treatment. Despite effective treatments being available, too few patients receive appropriate medical care for both diseases. Most patients with rhinitis and asthma consult primary care physicians and therefore these physicians are encouraged to understand and use ARIA guidelines. Patients should also be informed about these guidelines to raise their awareness of optimal care and increase control of the two related diseases. To apply these guidelines, clinicians and patients need to understand how and why the recommendations were made. The goal of the ARIA guidelines is to provide recommendations about the best management options for most patients in most situations. These recommendations should be based on the best available evidence. Making recommendations requires the assessment of the quality of available evidence, deciding on the balance between benefits and downsides, consideration of patients’ values and preferences, and, if applicable, resource implications. Guidelines must be updated as new management options become available or important new evidence emerges. Transparent reporting of guidelines facilitates understanding and acceptance, but implementation strategies need to be improved.

- Den föreliggande rapporten beskriver ett förslag som främjar en förståelse, ett organiserande och drivandet av utökade delaktighetsprocesser i hållbar stadsutveckling. Den förser tjänstepersoner som är verksamma inom stadsutveckling med en uppfattning av och vägledning om hur man kan organisera och driva utökade delaktighetsprocesser.Förslaget har som mål att inspirera och ge konkret vägledning till tjänstepersoner och stadsförvaltningar som är intresserade av att förbättra deras arbetssätt inom delaktighet för att utveckla mer hållbara och demokratiska städer.Mot denna bakgrund fokuserar förslaget på fördelarna med att utöka den nuvarande delaktighetspraxis i stadsutveckling. Framförallt förstärker utökad delaktighet synergierna mellan olika kunskapsformer och perspektiv och detta är nödvändigt om man vill uppnå hållbarhet. Dessutom förstorar utökad delaktighet möjligheterna för en bredare och mera mångfaldig delaktighet, och därmed främjar en mer demokratisk och inkluderande stadsutveckling.Rapporten presenterar de underliggande skälen som motiverar verkställandet av delaktighet under planeringen, utvecklingen och förvaltningen av den byggda miljön och för att gå över från konsultativa till mer samarbetsbaserade tillvägagångssätt. Den lyfter vikten i att fokusera på mångfald i delaktighet, vilket innebär att man ser närmare på frågan om och hur olika grupper, kunskapsformer och perspektiv tas upp (eller ej) inom den hållbara stadsutvecklingen.Den konkreta vägledningen presenterar ett övergripande ramverk och möjliga organisatoriska upplägg för utökad delaktighet. Ramverket syftar till att förse vägledning i förberedningen, drivandet och utvärderingen av utökade delaktighetsprocesser där olika metoder kan tillämpas. De organisatoriska uppläggen utgör exempel för hur man organiserar utökade delaktighetsprocesser inom förvaltningars ordinarie aktiviteter.Vägledningen i detta dokument bygger på lärdomar från olika tidsbegränsade projekt, förvaltningars ordinarie aktiviteter och kommunala utredningar i Malmö samt samtida teoretiska perspektiv på delaktighet. Förhoppningen är att den utgör en grundlig bas för praktisk tillämpning och vidare diskussioner och forskning i framtiden.

- We present Spectacular, a new tool for automatically discovering candidate laws for use in property-based testing. By using the recently-developed technique of ECTAs (Equality-Constrained Tree Automata), Spectacular improves upon previous approaches such as QuickSpec: it can explore vastly larger program spaces and start generating candidate laws within 20 seconds from a benchmark where QuickSpec runs for 45 minutes and then crashes (due to memory limits, even on a 256 GB machine). Thanks to the ability of ECTAs to efficiently search constrained program spaces, Spectacular is fast enough to find candidate laws in more generally typed settings than the monomorphized one, even for signatures with dozens of functions.

- We investigate whether office workers will continue to work from home after COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Office workers at two Swedish public agencies were surveyed concerning the pre-pandemic experience of work from home, current practices, and willingness to continue work from home post-pandemic. Results indicate that willingness increased greatly during the pandemic. Most surveyed workers wanted to continue to work from home at least three days per week, and the greater the experience of remote work, the greater the inclination to increase the number of days of working from home. - We study n x n Hankel determinants constructed with moments of a Hermite weight with a Fisher-Hartwig singularity on the real line. We consider the case when the singularity is in the bulk and is both of root-type and jump-type. We obtain large n asymptotics for these Hankel determinants, and we observe a critical transition when the size of the jumps varies with n. These determinants arise in the thinning of the generalised Gaussian unitary ensembles and in the construction of special function solutions of the Painleve IV equation.

- The composition and quality of the seed bank are some of the factors responsible for the structure and floristic composition of forest environments. The aim of this study was to evaluate the seed bank of a semideciduous forest patch, taking into account the influence of the landscape's topographical features. Two adjacent landforms, of convex and concave shapes, were selected. They were divided into mini sites (MS) I, II, and III in the convex landform and IV, V and VI in the concave one. Ten sample points on each MS were randomly distributed with a surface area of 0.0625 m(2) and 3 cm deep. A total of 4,862 germinated seeds. m(-1) was registered in 90 days, with the convex landform presenting the highest frequency of germinated seeds. m(-1). A total of 35 families and 88 species were identified in both landforms, of which 37% were of herbaceous habit, 24% arboreal, 18% shrubs, 12% lianas and 2% epiphytic. Regarding the landform's shape, 44% of the species were found in both convex and concave ones, 31% were found exclusively on the convex landform and 25% exclusively on the concave one. Regarding floristic and phytosociological parameters, the convex landform accounted for a higher number of seeds, families, and species richness, while the concave landform accounted for higher diversity. Topography was a determinant factor for the floristic and phytosociological composition of the seed bank. The highest species richness was recorded in the convex landform and highest diversity in the concave landform, with Asteraceae, Melastomataceae and Urticaceae families presenting the highest importance indexes of value.

- Studies of wood in the Arctic were carried out on Vaygach Island, Hooker Island (Franz Joseph Land) and Novaya Zemlya. During the expedition "Arctic Floating University - 2013", wood samples (cores) were taken from the buildings in key areas of the Arctic islands. Conforming to the wood samples we constructed tree-ring series and obtained floating chronologies, which were linked to dendroscales of standing trees with known year of each annual ring formation. Crossdating of floating chronologies was performed as follows. Dcndroscalc and floating chronology were overlapped and the synchronicity coefficient was calculated, then the dendroscale was shifted for a year and the coefficient was calculated again; the procedure was repeated until all possible options were checked. Visual similarity was assessed and the annual rings of floating chronology were dated based on the results with the maximum synchronicity coefficient, and the object was dated by the outermost ring. The year of formation of each annual ring of the buildings logs was determined by the dendrochronological method, resulting in assumption of the time of their construction, taking into account that it occurred a year or two after the tree felling. All the studied objects were located in areas with preserved history of their creation, which is highly important for confirming the objectivity of the obtained results. The dates of the buildings were determined as follows: Vaigach Island, 1945; Hooker Island (Franz Josef Land), 1936; the former bathhouse on Cape Zhelaniya (Novaya Zemlya), 1935; timber from the pillbox, 1938; the lighthouse, 1952; the frame on the coast of Ledyanaya Gavan' Bay (Novaya Zemlya), 1938; a relatively modern building on the coast of the bay, 1991. Interesting to note that according to the obtained historical records the Lighthouse was built in year 1954, while dating by annual rings shows that the logs were in 1952 and they were probably imported in advance. The years for the construction research based on the use of the dendrochronological method opens up great opportunities at determining the age of unnamed wooden in the Arctic.

- Radiation efficiencies of modal current densities distributed on a spherical shell are evaluated in terms of dissipation factor. The presented approach is rigorous, yet simple and straightforward, leading to closed-form expressions. The same approach is utilized for a two-layered shell and the results are compared with other models existing in the literature. Discrepancies in this comparison are reported and reasons are analyzed. Finally, it is demonstrated that radiation efficiency potentially benefits from the use of internal volume which contrasts with the case of the radiation Q-factor.

- The linear orbit of a plane curve of degree d is its orbit in p(d(d+3)/2) under the natural action of PGL(3). We classify curves with positive dimensional stabilizer, and we compute the degree of the closure of the linear orbits of curves supported on unions of lines. Together with the results of [3], this encompasses the enumerative geometry of all plane curves with small linear orbit. This information will serve elsewhere as an ingredient in the computation of the degree of the orbit closure of an arbitrary plane curve.

- In this chapter we are interested in the ideological use of music in a Swedish television reality show called Böda Camping – how it is deployed to communicate a very specifi c discourse linked to wider socio- political shift s in Sweden. Critical scholars have revealed how such programmes tend to morally evaluate and ridicule working- class people (Skeggs and Wood, 2012). It has been argued that this has been one part of a legitimation of the discourse of a moral underclass, who are undeserving in a neoliberal society where there is a shift away from an emphasis on welfare, investment in education and healthcare and abandonment of collective responsibility for disenfranchised sections of society (Eriksson, 2015). Critical work so far has shown clearly how such discourses are communicated through spoken language and how visually, for example, the participants are placed in situations which point to their lack of education, restricted cultural experience or their lack of taste (Lyle, 2008). Here we show how music plays an important role in realizing these discourses.

- Mycobacterial infections, including tuberculosis, are a major health problem globally. Prevention and treatments of tuberculosis are challenging due to the poor efficacy of the current vaccine and the emergence of drug-resistant strains. Therefore, it is critical to increase our basic understanding of mycobacterial virulence strategies as well as the host immune response during infection in the complex in vivo setting. While existing infection models provide valuable tools for investigating mycobacterial pathogenesis, they also exhibit limitations that can be addressed by the development of complementary models. Here we describe recent advances to the murine Mycobacterium marinum infection model, in which the bacteria produce a local infection restricted to the tail tissue. The M. marinum model has the advantage of mimicking some of the key hallmarks of human tuberculosis not replicated in the conventional murine Mycobacterium tuberculosis model, such as the formation of granulomas with central caseating necrosis and the spontaneous development of a latency-like stage. Moreover, the model is non-lethal and enables longitudinal analysis of disease development in live animals. In this chapter, we report protocols to prepare infected tissue samples for detailed and quantitative analysis of the immune response by flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, RT-qPCR, ELISA, and Western blot, as well as for the analysis of bacterial load and localization.

- With the purpose of testing the hypothesis that households' intentions to replace their old car have a direct negative relationship to its perceived quality ('current level') and a direct positive relationship to their aspirations for a new car ('aspiration level'), a rotating panel of car owners were interviewed every fourth month during 2 years. In this data set the hypothesis received support. In addition the results showed that the age of the car, the total number of miles driven, and the number of anticipated repairs affected the current level, whereas marital status, the number of children, consumer confidence, and environmental concern affected the aspiration level.

Efficient Wide-Bandgap Mixed-Cation and Mixed-Halide Perovskite Solar Cells by Vacuum Deposition

- Vacuum deposition methods are increasingly applied to the preparation of perovskite films and devices, in view of the possibility to prepare multilayer structures at low temperature. Vacuum-deposited, wide-bandgap solar cells based on mixed-cation and mixed-anion perovskites have been scarcely reported, due to the challenges associated with the multiple-source processing of perovskite thin films. In this work, we describe a four-source vacuum deposition process to prepare wide-bandgap perovskites of the type FA(1-n)Cs(n)Pb-(I1-xBrx)(3) with a tunable bandgap and controlled morphology, using FAI, CsI, PbI2, and PbBr2 as the precursors. The simultaneous sublimation of PbI2 and PbBr2 allows the relative Br/Cs content to be decoupled and controlled, resulting in homogeneous perovskite films with a bandgap in the 1.7-1.8 eV range and no detectable halide segregation. Solar cells based on 1.75 eV bandgap perovskites show efficiency up to 16.8% and promising stability, maintaining 90% of the initial efficiency after 2 weeks of operation.

- The derivation of human embryonic stem (hES) cells establishes a new avenue to approach many issues in human biology and medicine for the first time. To meet the increased demand for characterized hES cell lines, we present the derivation and characterization of six hES cell lines. In addition to the previously described immunosurgery procedure, we were able to propagate the inner cell mass and establish hES cell lines from pronase-treated and hatched blastocysts. The cell lines were extensively characterized by expression analysis of markers characteristic for undifferentiated and differentiated hES cells, karyotyping, telomerase activity measurement, and pluripotency assays in vitro and in vivo. Whereas three of the cell lines expressed all the characteristics of undifferentiated pluripotent hES cells, one cell line carried a chromosome 13 trisomy while maintaining an undifferentiated pluripotent state, and two cell lines, one of which carried a triploid karyotype, exhibited limited pluripotency in vivo. Furthermore, we clonally derived one cell line, which could be propagated in an undifferentiated pluripotent state.

- The aim of this study is to reveal the meaning some people with psychiatric disabilities assigned to important experiences related to long periods of participation restrictions owing to unemployment and sick leave. The data comprise open-ended interviews with eight informants. A hermeneutic approach together with a comparative analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed six types of mechanisms important for the outcome of the rehabilitation process: support, understanding, time, control, self-image and vision of the future. Our results indicate that environmental factors such as experience of support and understanding of professionals and time-efficacy seemed to have a great effect on the individuals' attitudes concerning the activities and measures they expected to carry out during their coming rehabilitation. These experiences seemed to affect their belief in their own abilities, their sense of control, and their belief in successful performance. Theories about empowerment closely related to social emotions like pride and shame are also discussed in an attempt to deepen the understanding of the studied phenomena.

- Young adults experiencing mental health problems are less educated than their peers, putting them in a more vulnerable position for employment and career possibilities. While Supported employment models have been widely implemented, educational supports may be necessary in order to contribute to longer term and sustainable employment. The aim of this study was to describe the state of current research regarding Supported education services for individuals with mental health problems, with a particular focus on studies that address both educational and vocational goals. A scoping review of articles published between 2000 and July 2020 was conducted. Eight databases were searched, titles/abstracts and full-text articles were reviewed for inclusion. The results, which built on 56 included articles, were analysed both descriptively and thematically. The results suggest that the focus in the literature has primarily been on adapting and implementing models for the needs of different populations and contexts. Many of these build on integrated models focusing on both vocational and educational needs. Despite addressing varied populations and working in varied contexts, it is possible to identify a number of essential components when delivering educational support. The review suggests a need to look at work and studies as equally important from a career development perspective. The knowledge base developed through studying supported education services and the educational components of newly emerging services, can contribute to the further development of integrated models for young adults.
