Perticularly a general method for determination of hysteresis losses is presented. Finally harmonic loss calculations of an inverter-fed induction motor are compared to measurements.

(författare) The influence of load and rotor slot design on harmonic losses of inverter-fed induction motors 1993 Konferensbidrag (refereegranskat)abstract In this paper a study of the influence of iron bridges in induction motor rotor slots on both the fundamental and harmonic components is presented. A suitable model for the fundamental component is shown. A theory to explain the erratic load dependence of pair harmonics is presented. The test inverter and the measurement equipment is described and the experimental verification of the harmonic theory is described.

Nee, Hans-Peter, 1963- (författare) The Interaction of Pair Harmonics of Inverter-Fed Induction Motors with Iron Bridges in the Rotor 1994 Konferensbidrag (refereegranskat)abstract A quasi linear harmonic model for inverter-fed induction motors is presented and verified by measurements and finite element analysis. The model is capable of describing the load dependence of the harmonic currents and powers of induction motors with iron bridges in the rotor. Effects like negative input powers for harmonics can be calculated by means of analytical expressions.
