    • As the integrity of micro electronic devices improves, the heat power of chips is getting higher and higher. How to reduce the temperature of micro electronic devices effectively becomes more and more important. In this paper, a micro-channel cooler test system is set up. By measuring the temperature and pressure at inlet and outlet of the micro cooler and the average temperature of micro cooler bottom, the heat transfer performance of the copper based CNTs coated micro cooler is researched. The thermal resistance of copper and silicon based CNTs coated micro cooler are compared. It is shown that the copper based CNTs coated micro cooler has good thermal dissipation capacity than that of the Silicon based CNTs coated micro cooler.

  • Occurrence pattern of musculoskeletal disorders and its influencing factors among manufacturing workers
  • 2020
  • Ingår i: Beijing da xue xue bao. Yi xue ban = Journal of Peking University. Health sciences. - : NLM (Medline). - 1671-167X. ; 52:3, s. 535-540

    • OBJECTIVE: To explore the occurrence pattern and its influencing factors of multi-site work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) of the main affected body sites among manufacturing workers. METHODS: Musculoskeletal disorders questionnaire was adopted to investigate the prevalence of WMSDs and the influencing factors among workers from four manufacturing factories in China. The case of WMSDs was defined as the one who had symptoms such as pain, numbness, discomfort, or limitation of activities in one or more of the nine body sites, including neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, upper back, lower back, hip/thigh, knee and ankle/foot during the last year, which lasted for more than 24 hours and did not completely relieve after rest. Besides, trauma, disability, other acute injuries or sequelae were excluded. The correlation of WMSDs between different body sites was estimated by the prevalence ratio (PR) calculated by log-binominal model. The influencing factors of multi-site WMSDs of the main affected body sites were analyzed by multinomial logistic regression model. RESULTS: The overall prevalence rate of WMSDs was 79.7% among the manufacturing workers. The main affected body sites were lower back, neck, shoulder and upper back, of which the prevalence rates were 62.3%, 55.7%, 45.6%, and 38.7%, respectively. The PR values of WMSDs among these sites were relatively high. The prevalence of multi-site WMSDs involving these four sites at the same time was 25.2%, and that of three to four sites was 41.4%. Multinomial Logistic regression analysis suggested that influencing factors of multi-site WMSDs in 3-4 sites of neck, shoulder, upper back and lower back involved several aspects. Among these factors, females (OR=2.86, 95%CI 2.38-3.33) and individuals with job tenure of 15-19 years (OR=1.87, 95%CI 1.49-2.34) might have higher risk of disease. Biomechanical factors, such as often bending neck forward or holding neck in a forward position for long periods (OR=2.15, 95%CI 1.86-2.48), often twisting neck or holding neck in a twisted position for long periods (OR=1.64, 95%CI 1.40-1.92) and often twisting trunk heavily (OR=1.40, 95%CI 1.20-1.64) might be risk factors. In the aspect of work organization, doing the same work every day (OR=1.73, 95%CI 1.44-2.08), shortage of workers (OR=1.50, 95%CI 1.31-1.71) and often working overtime (OR=1.38, 95%CI 1.20-1.60) might increase the risk of disease. Factors, such as often standing for long periods at work (OR=0.77, 95%CI 0.65-0.91) and feeling breaks sufficient (OR=0.51, 95%CI 0.44-0.59) were suggested to be protective factors with OR<1. CONCLUSION: The pre-valence rates of WMSDs in neck, shoulder, upper back, and lower back were high among manufacturing workers in this study. The correlation of WMSDs of these four sites was close in this study, and the comorbidity rate of 3-4 sites of these sites was relatively high, suggesting that there might be a multi-site occurrence pattern of WMSDs in "neck-shoulder-upper back-lower back" among manufacturing workers. The main influencing factors of this pattern included individual factors, biomechanical factors and work organization factors.

  • Secondary organic aerosol formation from straw burning using an oxidation flow reactor
  • 2022
  • Ingår i: Journal of Environmental Sciences (China). - : Elsevier BV. - 1001-0742. ; 114, s. 249-258
  • Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
    • Herein, we use an oxidation flow reactor, Gothenburg: Potential Aerosol Mass (Go: PAM) reactor, to investigate the secondary organic aerosol (SOA) formation from wheat straw burning. Biomass burning emissions are exposed to high concentrations of hydroxyl radicals (OH) to simulate processes equivalent to atmospheric oxidation of 0-2.55 days. Primary volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were investigated, and particles were measured before and after the Go: PAM reactor. The influence of water content (i.e. 5% and 11%) in wheat straw was also explored. Two burning stages, the flaming stage, and non-flaming stages, were identified. Primary particle emission factors (EFs) at a water content of 11% (∼3.89 g/kg-fuel) are significantly higher than those at a water content of 5% (∼2.26 g/kg-fuel) during the flaming stage. However, the water content showed no significant influence at the non-flaming stage. EFs of aromatics at a non-flaming stage (321.8±46.2 mg/kg-fuel) are larger than that at a flaming stage (130.9±37.1 mg/kg-fuel). The OA enhancement ratios increased with the increase in OH exposure at first and decreased with the additional increment of OH exposure. The maximum OA enhancement ratio is ∼12 during the non-flaming stages, which is much higher than ∼ 1.7 during the flaming stages. The mass spectrum of the primary wheat burning organic aerosols closely resembles that of resolved biomass burning organic aerosols (BBOA) based on measurements in ambient air. Our results show that large gap (∼60%-90%) still remains to estimate biomass burning SOA if only the oxidation of VOCs were included. © 2021

  • Data information processing of traffic digital twins in smart cities using edge intelligent federation learning
  • 2023
  • Ingår i: Information Processing & Management. - : Elsevier. - 0306-4573 .- 1873-5371. ; 60:2
  • Tidskriftsartikel (refereegranskat)abstract
    • The present work analyzes the application of deep learning in the context of digital twins (DTs) to promote the development of smart cities. According to the theoretical basis of DTs and the smart city construction, the five-dimensional DTs model is discussed to propose the conceptual framework of the DTs city. Then, edge computing technology is introduced to build an intelligent traffic perception system based on edge computing combined with DTs. Moreover, to improve the traffic scene recognition accuracy, the Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD) algorithm is optimized by the residual network, form the SSD-ResNet50 algorithm, and the DarkNet-53 is also improved. Finally, experiments are conducted to verify the effects of the improved algorithms and the data enhancement method. The experimental results indicate that the SSD-ResNet50 and the improved DarkNet-53 algorithm show fast training speed, high recognition accuracy, and favorable training effect. Compared with the original algorithms, the recognition time of the SSD-ResNet50 algorithm and the improved DarkNet-53 algorithm is reduced by 6.37ms and 4.25ms, respectively. The data enhancement method used in the present work is not only suitable for the algorithms reported here, but also has a good influence on other deep learning algorithms. Moreover, SSD-ResNet50 and improved DarkNet-53 algorithms have significant applicable advantages in the research of traffic sign target recognition. The rigorous research with appropriate methods and comprehensive results can offer effective reference for subsequent research on DTs cities.
