In: Proceedings of 2012 ITE Annual Conference. ; , s. 1-2
-
Conference paper (peer-reviewed)abstract
- We propose an automatic news broadcasting system, which generates full-CG animated news-shows fromoriginal text formats from the Internet. This paper introduces the overall system and provides a feasibility test and workingmodel of the news show application generated from a HTML Internet news site. We also describe the future collaboration work.

ラップスクリプト : テキストを書いて音声合成とCGアニメのラップが作れる

Conference paper (pop. science, debate, etc.)abstract
- We have made an application to make rap music with CG animation by writing out a simple script. Aquestalk and TVML are used for synthesized voice and real-time CG generation, respectively. A user can enjoy making rap music video easily by writing speech texts and character movements along with music beat in the script.

Implementation of interaction in the air by integrating holographic display with Leap Motion and its application

Conference paper (peer-reviewed)abstract
- It is, in general, difficult for an untrained person to control and interact with three-dimensional data on computers by using conventional approaches and user interfaces, such as a LCD screen and a mouse. We propose a system for intuitive and natural gesture interaction by integrating an auto-stereoscopic holographic display and a Leap Motion controller, which captures the hand motions. Some expected applications will be described.
