Sa1529 Interobserver Agreement and Diagnostic Accuracy in Experienced and Non-Experienced Endosonographers in the Interpretation of Contrast-Enhanced Harmonic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Elastography EUS of Solid Pancreatic Lesions

• Interobserver agreement and diagnostic accuracy in contrast-enhanced harmonic endoscopic ultrasound (CEH-EUS) and endoscopic ultrasound elastography (E-EUS) for the evaluation of solid pancreatic lesions has only been assessed by endosonography experts. The aim of the study was to compare the diagnostic skills of expert and trainee endosonographers for the evaluation of solid pancreatic lesions using CEH-EUS and E-EUS.
