- En biografi om en bok: Codex Upsaliensis B 68 från 1430 är en bokhistorisk studie om en medeltida handskrift och dess levnadshistoria, från tillblivelsen till mitten av 1700-talet. Handskriften är en illustrerad medeltida avskrift av Magnus Erikssons landslag men den är också och ett vittne från de tidsperioder som boken varit i omlopp. Antologin har som bakgrund ett seminarium som hölls 2017 på Uppsala universitetsbibliotek inom ramen för projektet ”Text till tiden! Medeltida texter i kontext – då och nu”. Nio författare ger här sina tolkningar av bokens öde utifrån filologiska, kodikologiska och bokhistoriska perspektiv. I en nyfilologisk tradition studeras boken som artefakt och vi får ta del av analyser av hur den har producerats, vilka som antas ligga bakom dess tillkomst samt av textens sociala sammanhang och dess fortlevnad Codex Upsaliensis B 68 är en av de rikast bildsatta handskrifterna från svensk medeltid. Det icke-religiösa bildmaterialet skildrar andra företeelser och idéer än de bildmotiv som återfinns i våra medeltida kyrkor och är därför ett viktigt komplement till kunskapen om svensk medeltidshistoria.

- Bilder av ras i svensk visuell kultur är en tvärvetenskaplig antologi om hur representationer av ras etablerats, omformulerats och kritiserats i Sverige under tvåhundra år. Författarna är forskare i genusvetenskap, historia, konstvetenskap, litteraturvetenskap, medievetenskap, musei- och biblioteksvetenskap samt språkvetenskap, och nedslag görs i material från flera tidsepoker: bokillustrationer från 1800-talet, reklamaffischer och rasbiologiska fotografier från 1900-talets första hälft, tv- och filmkultur samt skämtbilder från 2000-talet. Utan att ge en heltäckande bild av problematiken närmar sig författarna materialet med en bred uppsättning angreppssätt och perspektiv; det visuella materialet diskuteras utifrån begrepp som dekolonialitet, representation, stereotyp, makt, genus, vithet och bildbruk.Antologin har sin bakgrund i en konferens som hölls 2018 på Kungl. Vitterhetsakademien.

- This volume is not a survey of the history or current state of classical philology in Sweden. Rather, it is a collection of essays that reflect the consciousness of practitioners within the discipline in a situation where the role of the classical heritage appears to be waning, or at least changing rapidly. In the past, classical philology has enjoyed its greatest periods of progress as the general status of the classical heritage has diminished and paved the way for new fields and perspectives within the discipline. Perhaps a similar shift will result from the gradual disappearance of Classics from the schools? The four opening chapters seem to suggest such an outcome. The following four deal with the emergence of Byzantine studies and Neo-Latin studies as fertile strands in contemporary Swedish philology, and to moments when philologists have turned their attention to other new areas, namely Roman topography and the Romance languages. The next four contributions study translations of classical texts. This activity constituted a significant part of Swedish academic philology in the 19th century, before professionalization of the discipline banished this kind of philological groundwork from the sphere of scientific research. The final three chapters present some interesting individual scholars and significant episodes from the philological past.

- This anthology, written in English and German, is a report from the symposium "Richard Wagner - Werk und Wirkungen / His Works and their Impact" held in Stockholm, 27-29 January, 2013, arranged by the Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities, together with the Royal Swedish Academy of Music, the Royal Swedish Opera, and the University College of Opera in Stockholm. The authors offer a wide variety of perspectives from different countries and several disciplines, and focus on myth in Wagner, his female characters, his dramaturgy and his comic opera, as well as Wagner's affinities with Bellini, hermann levi, Franz Liszt and Thomas Mann. The staging and singing of Wagner in Sweden is preseted, as is his influence on Swedish opera composers, his presence in Swedish fiction and how he is used for biographical identification. Wagner's influence and inspriation on music, literature, and personal life is problematised.
