- Telecommunication has developed rapidly during the last few decades allover the world. From the early experiments by Alexander Graham Bell in thelate 19th century and the early usage of the telegraph half a century earlier, wesee today that the concept telecommunication has grown to include a widevariety of tools and methods for distance communication. We will discusstelecommunication briefly out of the three aspects distance, muftifunctionalityand size, We will also focus on the aspect of telecommunication as an inclusivegeneral method for all people, including persons with special needs.
