    • The paper present theoretical and experimental studies of the energy dissipation performance of a composite structure composed in a multilayer nano-composite damping coating applied on a tungsten carbide shim and placed beneath the cutting insert. The coated shim placed closed to the cutting zone is subjected to high compressive and shear stresses as well as high temperature. Therefore, apart from high damping capacity it requires high stiffness and high thermal resistance. The coated shim dissipates the high frequency oscillations produced at the tool-chip and tool-workpiece interfaces during the chip forming process. The use of coated shims demonstrates that the tool life is considerably extended, while the machined surface integrity is improved. The Reuss model of the composite structure composed of a phase with a stiff, low loss factor and a phase with high loss factor is used to calculate the optimal coating thickness that gives high loss factor combined with high stiffness. The synthesis process of the coating material using HiPIMS process is discussed. The physical characteristics of the coating and the machining performance are presented in the experimental section.

    • Accidental exposure to blood or other biological fluids is a common occurrence in dentistry, and its post-exposure management is a key component of infection prevention and control programs designed to prevent the transmission of blood-borne pathogens such as hepatitis B and C viruses (HBV, HCV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). This narrative review aims to comprehensively review the risk assessment process for each of these pathogens at all steps of the epidemiological process, i.e., source–exposure route–receptive person, in order to provide a better understanding of the delicate differences that influence the transmission risk and that drive the individualized post-exposure management.

  • Numerical Analysis and Service Quality Evaluation of the Fresh Agricultural Produce Supply Chain Platform

    • The traditional performance evaluation method, which is mainly based on financial indexes, is no longer applicable to the current dynamic, complex, and coordinated evaluation of the service quality of fresh agricultural produce supply chains. Comprehensive evaluations regarding the quality of coordination-based supply chain services are now required. Specific analyses of index weights, the identification of potential problems, the exploration of the best solutions, and efforts to improve the current situation-regarding the circulation of fresh agricultural products-are also required. By carrying out this research, this paper aims to construct a coordination-based service quality evaluation index system for the fresh agricultural produce supply chain platform. The evaluation system that was created covered the four dimensions involved in platform supply chain coordination. These dimensions are capital flow, logistics, business flow, and information flow. On this basis, this study designed a survey questionnaire to collect data to evaluate customer service quality satisfaction. The research used AHP and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to calculate and analyze indexes and models in the "Fresh Networking" project. Furthermore, this paper proposed a sensitivity analysis model of MCDM evaluation indexes and their weights. In order to verify whether the numerical analysis method was suitable for use in the MCDM evaluation system, in this paper, the sensitivity analysis process of the indexes and their weights was introduced in the evaluation of the "Fresh Networking" project. The evaluation results may reflect the real quality of service in the "Fresh Network" supply chain. The final conclusion to be drawn from this paper is that capital flow is the most sensitive weight, which means that it should be designed and implemented in accordance with optimization-based decisions. The novelty of this paper lies in: (1) the proposal of a coordination-based service quality evaluation index system which includes four dimensions: capital flow, logistics, business flow, and information flow; (2) the design of a research questionnaire for data collection; and (3) the introduction of an improved sensitivity analysis method for the MCDM index. The results presented in this paper will enrich the theoretical research related to MCDM in supply chain evaluations. The results of the analysis can be used to guide supply chain decision makers to make optimization decisions accordingly, which will ensure overall benefits in terms of supply chain coordination, improving the capacity of preservation services, and loss reduction.

    • At present, with the gradual promotion of Chinese life quality, the pursuit of diverse, fresh to agricultural food has become a trend. Agri-fresh food logistics began to penetrate into all aspects of daily life. Meanwhile, industrial convergence theory is the demand generated in this realistic environment. Learned from main scholars’ research results in the field of LSQ evaluation and industrial convergence and combined with relevant issues discovered during empirical survey, However, China's emergency logistics is still at the initial stage of development, and the development of China's agricultural and fresh food emergency logistics is also at the exploratory stage. There are widespread problems in China's agricultural and fresh food emergency logistics industry, such as the defects of the emergency logistics service quality supervision system. It is of great significance to carry out the theoretical and applied research on the LSQ evaluation index system of agricultural and fresh food. At present, although there are many researches on the quality of emergency logistics service of fresh agricultural food at home and abroad, their research direction mainly focuses on the application of relatively mature quality management theories and methods to the quality management of emergency logistics of fresh agricultural food. There is no definite conclusion on the quality evaluation index of emergency logistics service of fresh agricultural food, and the evaluation system for the quality of emergency logistics service of fresh agricultural food has not been established, this paper established a agri-fresh food LSQ evaluation index system, which includes four dimensions: fresh-keeping capability, operation capability, communication capability and information capability. At the same time, the paper also designed a research questionnaire to collect data, and the used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on empirical application analysis. It is expected to provide necessary theoretical reference and practical guidance for the future related research, and fill the gap in this research field. The result score indicated that enterprises have relatively high level of agri-fresh food logistics service and higher customer satisfaction. At the same time, the paper found that communication capability was “general”. It is the place where enterprises need to make improvement in the future. Innovation: The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of practical value. The research object of this paper is to take Wuhan “Justasy” Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in Hubei Province as an example to study the quality of emergency logistics service for fresh agricultural food. In the past, the quality of emergency logistics service for fresh agricultural food at home and abroad has largely remained at the theoretical level. This study builds an evaluation index system for the quality of emergency logistics service for fresh agricultural food, It provides a tool for evaluating the emergency logistics service quality of an enterprise, which also helps the enterprise to continuously improve its own service level and customer satisfaction; As well as the innovation in theory, the article puts forward four evaluation indexes of fresh-keeping ability, business ability, communication ability and information ability to build the LSQ evaluation index system of fresh agricultural food, so as to evaluate the level of enterprise's fresh agricultural logistics service.
