Den har fyra grundbegrepp: - bakomliggande perspektiv - problemanalys - problemanpassat arbetssätt - utfallsanalys Sex praktikexempel där arbetsmodellen använts ges utifrån arbetet med ungdomar och deras familjer vid socialförvaltningen, basenheten, i Örebro. Personal som prövat modellen anser att den är ett bra, kritiskt, medvetandehöjande och arbetsutvecklande hjälpmedel.

- Syftet är att utifrån ett medborgarperspektiv undersöka ett fall av sjukfrånvarokontroll, där sådväl försäkringskassan som den berörda statliga arbetsgivaren lagstridigt gått bakom ryggen på arbetstagaren. Lagtexter, skrivelser och intervjudata används i rapporten. I rapporten prövas och konkretiseras vissa teoretiska modeller och begrepp, nämligen "medborgarperspektiv kontra myndighetsperspektiv", "form kontra innehåll" och "leende fascism". Även andra begrepp hävdas vara relevanta. Vidare betonas att organisationen utnyttjar lagstiftningen selektivt för att förtrycka. Som motmedel föreslås dialektiska strategier.

Personality and augmenting/reducing in visual and auditory evoked potentials

- Previous studies have indicated a relationship between evoked potential augmenting/reducing and extraversion or sensation seeking. However, the proposed mechanism of protective inhibition can account for this fact only if the relationship generalizes across different modalities and response definitions. The present study was designed to test this, using six intensities of visual and six intensities of auditory stimuli along with the EPI and SSS questionnaires.For the visual stimuli, the slope of the P90-N120 amplitude at the vertex correlated significantly with both the extraversion and the disinhibition scales in the way that augmenting/reducing theory predicts. However, over the primary visual area, no component showed the same personality relationship as the vertex wave, and one early component showed the opposite. This result suggests that personality differences in VEPs may reflect different ways of allocating processing resources between primary and association areas, rather than a generalized tendency to inhibit strong stimuli. In the auditory modality, personality differences were not apparent in the amplitude slopes, possibly due to the confluence from primary and association areas in AEPs in the vertex lead. There was a general tendency for latencies to correalte positively with extraversion and disinhibition, in congruence with Eysenck's theory on the biological basis of extraversion.

- The purpose of this report is to, through a literature study, shed some light on peoples’ representation of large-scale environments. This knowledge will make it possible to adapt the information from a navigation or route guidance-system to the drivers representation of the environment. In other words, if one knows how drivers are thinking about their environment, then it is possible to provide them with information that they understand and can use effectively during navigation.Before considering the question of how people represent large-scale environments it seems necessary to briefly analyse the task of navigation. The reason is that the navigation task will, to some extent, determine what type of information a driver needs from the environment.

Att frigöra människors resurser genom samhällsnyttigt arbete : Ett problematiskt beredskapsarbetsprojekt

- Syftet är att bidra till att klargöra hur mänskliga resurser kan frigöras i socialt arbete. Ett beredskapsarbetsprojekt studerades genom intervjuer med berörda tjänstemän, arbetsledare och deltagare. En pådrivande person saknades i detta projekt som var behäftat med vissa problem såsom avsevärd frånvaro. Ett antal hypoteser för en handlingsinriktad frigörelseteori ställs upp.
