Introduction and background

• This book is based on vast experiences of action and interactive research in the Nordic countries during more than forty years. The first part of the book is written by senior researchers on specific issues – like validity, gender, new form of organizations, earlier and new trends etc. The second part of the book is mainly written by doctoral students based on their empirical research.
