  • As the critical friend concept, peer visit was introduced in our pedagogic course in higher education, in which each course participant was required to perform a peer teaching session visited by one teacher and two classmates;  and additionally paid two visits to others peer teaching sessions as an evaluator.Based on my own experiences, the processes of each other mutually evaluating and being evaluated have provided a great possibility for collectively developing our teaching knowledge. It also enhances self knowledge and confidence through the recognition of others. A regular base in the long run will definitely enhance professional development.
