- By Surveying 79 travellers in two charter tours to the Antarctic in terms of Need Satisfaction and travel experience, the objective of this study is to look inte two issues: - Is it possible to explain tourists satisfaction by the needs articulated in the Travel Career Ladder? - Will the importance of specific needs shift as predicted by the Travel Career Ladder when tourists get more experienced?
