- Ett antal rapporter rörande socialtjänstens informationshantering kommenteras mycket översiktligt. Det framgår att informationshanteringen inom socialtjänsten är behäftad med många stora och delvis svårbegripliga brister. Konsekvenser av dessa brister blir att en del arbete som utförs kan bli ineffektivt, meningslöst och t.o.m. destruktivt. Vidare sker inte sällan rättsliga, demokratiska och etiska övergrepp.
