Uppfattande av problem och resurser vid ungdomsarbete

• Det studerades hur problem och resurser uppfattades vid ungdomsarbete inbegripande 22 familjer och under två olika arbetsbetingelser: 1. konventionellt socialbyråarbete, 2. specialiserat arbete i tvåpersonteam vid en särskild ungdomsenhet (basenhet). Ungdomsenhetens formuleringar var mer subjektinriktade och familjeinriktade och med fler positiva resurser uppfattade än socialbyråernas för samma familjer. Resultatbilden tolkas maktteoretiskt.

• The perception of social problems and human resources in two types of social work with youth is studied for 22 families. There were differences in thinking between conventional social work and thinking in a specialized unit for work with youth. At the unit the young were more seen as subjects and more positive resources were perceived. Galbraiths power theory is used to interpret the results.
