Alternativa tolkningsmöjligheter av ett material rörande påstådda sexuella övergrepp

• Syftet är att kritiskt pröva utredningsmetodik och tolkningsmöjligheter i ett material som lett till fällande dom i hovrätt för en far gällande påstådda sexuella övergrepp på en dotter. Tolkningsmöjligheter påvisas. Utdrag ur förhörsmaterial kommenteras kritiskt. Delar av hovrättens argumentation kommenteras. En del i materialet förekommande tankefel påvisas och listas avslutningsvis.
