Kritisk granskning av en barnavårdsutredning enligt BBIC

• Syftet är att klargöra några utredningsmetodiska och etiska problem vid tillämpning av BBIC-konceptet i en barnavårdsutredning. Det framgår att utredningen använder icke rimligt säkerställda uppgifter som grund för analys och bedömningar. Dolda observationsevidens anförs (något som inte kan godtas). Integritetskänsliga uppgifter anförs obehövligt. Ett antal tankefel i utredningen specificeras.

• A case where the BBIC concept for child protection investigations is used is here critically examined. The information used is not reasonably secured. A number of cognitive biases/errors are found in the investigation.
