Bordellfallet : Kritisk granskning av utredningsmetodik i dokument i ett fall rörande misstanke om sexuella övergrepp där dold inspelning av telefonsamtal användes som metod

• Syftet är att påvisa och klargöra metodproblem och tankefel i utredningen av ett rättsfall där en socialarbetare anklagas för sexuella gärningar av en projektelev inom socialt arbete. Förhörsprotokoll, tingsrättens argumentation, utskrifter från dolt inspelade ljudband och privatbrev används i fallet. En stor mängd grova metod- och tankefel, bl.a. undvikande av alternativ hypotes, påvisas.

• Critical examination of the police and court investigations in a case with allegations of sexual abuse. Many errors in thinking and method are pointed out.
