Hypoteser kring anklagelser i en vårdnads- och umgängesutredning, barnavårdsutredning (BBIC) m.fl. dokument

• I utredningsdokumenten kring en vårdnads- och umgängestvist gällande en flicka i förskoleålder förekommer påståenden om ett flertal problembeteenden hos barnet och sexuella anklagelser riktas mot fadern. Det påvisas här att ett flertal alternativa hypoteser är aktuella kring uppkomsten och tolkningen av påstådda problembeteenden. Tankefel i utredningsmaterialet listas. 

• A father in a child custody conflict is accused with allegations of problem behaviors of his pre-school child. It is shown that a number of different hypotheses can be relevant. Cognitive biases are listed.
