LvU-utredningar : kritisk granskning och utveckling

• Syftet är att utveckla en problemfokuserad arbetsmodell för LVU-utredningar. Åtta utredningar efter 82-01-01 granskades och fem kunniga informanter som representerade olika perspektiv intervjuades om LVU-utredande. De granskade utredningarna bedömdes uppvisa brister. En perspektiv- och problemfokuserad arbetsmodell framläggs. 

• The purpose is to develop a problemfocused work model for child protection investigations. Eight investigations are critically examined and five well informed persons are interviewed. The investigations were judged to have defects. A problemfocused work model is presented.
