- We present a spatial computable general equilibrium model for which the Walras' law is employed to articulate the general equilibrium of a spatially separated economy while Wardrop's first principle is used to enunciate the flow equilibrium on a general transportation network. A price and transportation cost dependent input–output matrix is employed to alleviate the need for explicit supply and factor demand functions found in traditional Samuelson–Takayama–Judge spatial price equilibrium models. A detailed transportation network presentation is employed to more precisely predict commodity movements. A numerical example with constant net output matrix is also presented.
