Teoria krytyczna w epistemologii nauk o zarządzaniu [Critical theory in the epistemology of management science]

• Every scientific research in management sciences is determined by the meta-theoretical assumptions on an epistemological level. The aim of the article is to analyze consequences of adaptation of critical theory's assumptions to the epistemological field of management sciences. Criciticalal theory is shown as an orientation which overcomes the lacks and mistakes of positivist and postmodernist orientations.
