Introduction

Bahat and Sullivan present these clinicians' perspectives on where, when, and how to load dental implants. The papers are well illustrated and should offer clinicians insight into the thought process on when to load implants. Schwartz-Azard presents important new information on patients who received provisional restorations and were followed for 5 years. The paper by Aparicio describes clinical experiences on immediate loading of Zygomatic implants. The implants were followed from 2–5 years.
