Finns det verkligen inget Gettier-problem? : Is there really no Gettier problem?

• In this paper I clarify and develop the argument in my 1984 paper on the Gettier problem. The requirement of certainty for applying the concept of knowledge varies with the practical context and the speaker's social role. The Gettier problem (only) appears if this fact is not sufficiently appreciated.
