- This article investigates if discrimination is under-communicated in child welfare services in the multicultural welfare state of Sweden and if so how that affects the wellbeing of marginalized migrant families. It was found that reciprocal trust in a professional relationship is a powerful vehicle for inclusion, both in a relational and societal meaning.
