Support Consultation by Growing Agreements

• This paper deals with consultation network and focuses on the use of information technology in supporting policy making in organizations. In particular, it tries to support those decisions that usually are made by top management-teams in an organization, and thus may affect the whole organization. In emergent organizations that are continuously influenced by dynamic elements such as agents, information, and environment, decision problems and decision making processes are variable and unpredictable. Therefore, in this research we focused on supporting consultation on organizational issues by support growing, visualizing, and distribution of agreements on situations and decisions.
