Principles of European Family Law Regarding Property Relations Between Spouses

• This book containts the fourth set of European Principles on Family Law, elaborated by the Commission on European Family Law since early 2000s, now with the focus on the property relations between spouses.  The Principles are based on comparative studies between 26 jurisdictions in Europe. Regard is also had to international instruments in the field. The Principles aim to identify and promote such solutions that fit the current European societies, which contribute to free mobility in Europe and which the research group has found suited as the basis for harmonisation of law in Europe.
