A TOOL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS BY INTEGRATING CONSIDERATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE AND JOB CONTENT

• The aim of the present investigation was therefore to modify the key Lean process tool Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to a tool simultaneously considering musculoskeletal and mental health issues (‘Ergo-VSM’) to facilitate the development of sustainable systems.
