En perspektiv- och problemfokuserande arbetsmodell

• En arbetsmodell för socialt arbete (och även annat arbete) presenteras. Den har fyra grundbegrepp: - bakomliggande perspektiv - problemanalys - problemanpassat arbetssätt - utfallsanalys Sex praktikexempel där arbetsmodellen använts ges utifrån arbetet med ungdomar och deras familjer vid socialförvaltningen, basenheten, i Örebro. Personal som prövat modellen anser att den är ett bra, kritiskt, medvetandehöjande och arbetsutvecklande hjälpmedel.

• A work model for social work (or other kind of work) is presented. It has four fundamental concepts: - underlying perspective - problem analysis - problemadapted way of work - outcome analysis Six examples from work with youth and their families are given. The model has been tested by social workers with good evaluations. It is considered a critical, consciousness raising and work developing tool.
